Our View
Some safari holidays are very serious. But here, you feel they
really focus on making it fun for all the family (they should know
how: it's been family-run for 83 years). That's why they lay on so
many things that children in particular will always remember. The
special Cubs' Club for instance, overseen by a naturalist; full
moon guided walks; exclusive sleep-outs on the lookout platform;
... you get the idea. Accommodation and service is first-class too.
We'd recommend Tree Camp or one of the three Granite Camp Suites
which have their own pool built into and around the granite
rocks.
Hotel Description
Londolozi was the first game reserve in the world to be awarded
the Relais & Châteaux status and has a string of five
award-winning camps all secluded amongst towering trees on the
banks of the Sand River; each of them impeccably and individually
designed. To complement the game-viewing you can go walkabout with
your ranger and even sample a bush banquet. Overnight bush
sleep-outs, tracking and the full moon walk are other
opportunities, while the wellness centre offers Swedish massage,
aromatherapy and Reiki healing.
