You just know this is going to be good. We love One&Only's
gilt-edged reputation, and their South African owner seems to have
made a special effort here. It's unique in having a relaxed 'urban
resort' feel, despite being at the heart of the vibrant V&A
Waterfront. The layout is unusual too: it creates its own 'lagoon'
with two islands, one for the suites and one for the spa. It's cool
and contemporary, as is dining courtesy of two Michelin-starred
chefs, Nobu Matsuhisa and Gordon Ramsay. As we said, it's something
special; so naturally it's an Eden Favourite.

As locations go, they don't come much better than this. Not only
