This is the epitome of a hideaway, but it's that Hollywood seal
of approval that really sets it apart, having been a getaway from
the ravenous LA scene for stars for more than fifty years - John
and Jackie Kennedy even chose this setting for their honeymoon. The
cottage look of the accommodation defies what's inside: almost
tardis-like suites with grand furnishings and vaulted ceilings, yet
with a carefully thought out intimacy, helped, of course, by the
roaring fires and deliciously inviting sofas

Nestled amongst lush, undulating hills where the miles of every
shade of green defy the famous hot Californian climate, San Ysidro
