Even in the elevated world of Four
Seasons resorts, this is something special: an oceanside paradise
set in lush gardens overlooking one of Hawaii's best stretches of
golden sand.
The resort has an uncrowded feel -
helped by the fact that even basic rooms are huge - so much so that
you get the sense this is your own private Hawaii. Everywhere you
look there seem to be pineapple motifs too; a nod to Lana'i having
Hawaii's largest pineapple plantation.
