Calm, class and colonial style; as soon
as you walk into the lobby there's an atmosphere of style and
elegance, just as there is in the wonderfully peaceful rooms.
It really is hard to believe you're in
the middle of the bustling city here, just a short walk from the
lively, must-see clamour of the famous Ben Thanh Market.
For a more relaxed taste of authentic
Vietnam though, we'd go for the hotel's stylish and award-winning
Square One restaurant.
Hotel Description
From its position overlooking the Opera
House in Lam Son Square, this relatively new hotel is a sparkling
ivory-coloured oasis in the city.
Muted colours, soft lighting and rich
silks combine with local art, with rooms designed to feel like a
luxury Vietnam residence (our favourites are Park Deluxe, with
direct pool access and private outdoor terraces).
The third floor pool and Xuan Spa
(meaning 'Spring') are tranquil and reviving, while the Opera
Restaurant serves excellent Italian cuisine with panoramic views of
the Lam Som Square.
