In our job you see some beautiful
places. But few compare with this. The mountains, the unbelievably
blue lake, the whole setting is quite simply jaw-dropping. If it
looks familiar, that's because Lord of the Rings was filmed around
here. No cars, no lights, no-one else around. Even the tap water
tastes better - honestly! And then there's the lodge. Absolutely no
expense has been spared, and it shows. It's gorgeous: centred
around the magnificent 30ft high Great Room, known to staff as
'Middle Earth'!...What about the service? Just decide what you'd
like to do each day, and it's all taken care of. Perfect.
