Day 1 - Fly overnight from London Heathrow to Auckland via Singapore

Day 2 - Arrive in Auckland - 1 night at Mollies, Auckland

Auckland, 'City of Sails', is regularly voted one of the best lifestyle cities in the world. Set on the shores of the Waitemata Harbour, Maori name for 'sparkling waters', the city boasts marine reserves, golden swimming beaches and black-sand surf. Day 3 - Auckland to the Bay of Islands - 4 nights at Kauri Cliffs

The Bay of Islands is a collection of 144 islands with endless marine wildlife and natural beauty. Kauri Cliffs, one of New Zealand's leading lodges is located in a magnificent setting with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Cavalli Islands approximately one hour's drive from the Bay of Islands. Here you can play golf, enjoy boat charters around the islands and visit the northern-most tip of New Zealand by helicopter.

Day 7 - The Bay of Islands to Hawkes Bay - 3 nights at Cape Kidnappers

Cape Kidnappers, a stand-out beacon of land discovered by Captain James Cook in 1769, is set on a 6,000-acre sheep farm on some of the most dramatic coastline to be found in New Zealand. From here, enjoy a walking tour of Napier, see the Gannet Colony at Cape Kidnappers, go hot air balooning, or visit the wineries in the area.

Day 10 - Hawkes Bay to Taupo - 3 nights at Huka Lodge

Huka Lodge, 300 metres up-stream from the famous Huka Falls, started as a simple fishing lodge on the banks of the Waikato River some 60 years ago. Today, the now-luxurious lodge lures anyone seeking one of the world's very best retreats, set within seven hectares of park-like grounds. Whilst here, visit Rotorua, heartland of New Zealand's Maori culture, surrounded by steaming lakes, geysers, mud pools and multi-coloured silica terraces, all unique to this region.

Day 13 - Taupo to Queenstown - 2 nights at Eichardts

Queenstown The 'Adventure Capital of the World', set on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, amidst the towering peaks of the Southern Alps. This is central Queenstown, so perfect for exploring Queenstown and visiting some of the many restaurants the city has to offer.

Day 15 - Queenstown to Glenorchy3 nights at Blanket Bay

Only 45 minutes, drive from Queenstown, the scenery provides a perfect backdrop for endless activities and an idyllic haven in which to relax. Why not take a scenic helicopter trip to Milford Sound and enjoy a picnic lunch on a glacier, or enjoy a jetboat ride on the scenic Dart River taking you through wilderness so untouched it has been declared a World Heritage Area?

Day 18 - Glenorchy to Auckland to London

You can fly via Singapore, Dubai, Sydney and Los Angeles to New Zealand; why not stop over en route or on the way back from your trip to New Zealand?
