Our View
Run by the O'Hara family for generations and being the big
sister to The Sandpiper hotel, it feels like a private luxury
colonial home where the hands-on approach ensures every detail is
taken care of.
You almost suspect that afternoon tea should be the 'law of
the land' here. For those who love a serious early morning swim
there is a large pool and with the fantastic new spa, in our
opinion it's pretty much faultless.
Hotel Description
Not one to stand still, the O'Hara family has restyled Coral
Reef's junior suites and created luxurious new coral stone
cottages for the most discerning of guests.
Their interiors are stylish with wrap-around balconies
and individual plunge pools, making it one of the finest
hotels in the West Indies. The ultra-plush plantation suites
have four-poster beds, a spacious living room and a sundeck
area with pool and views of the sea.
A member of 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World' you'll find
activities galore, including a dive school, catamaran cruises, two
swimming pools, complimentary sessions with a tennis pro and
two 18-hole golf courses just a few minutes' drive away.
And to cap it all, there's the new luxuriously appointed spa
hosting four private treatment rooms with private gardens,
a couples' outdoor treatment pavilion, a hydro-pool with
shaded cabanas for post-treatment relaxation and a
thermal suite.
The food is amazing too: Executive Chef Graham Licorish and his
team create culinary masterpieces with a classic French and
West Indian flavour combination.
