St. Lucia wouldn't look out of place in the South Pacific, with
its dramatic twin coastal peaks, the Pitons, soaring 2,000 feet up
from the sea, sheltering breathtaking rainforests, where wild
orchids, giant ferns, and birds of paradise flourish.
Brilliantly-plumed tropical birds
abound; the rainforest is broken only by verdant fields and
orchards of banana, coconut, mango and papaya trees.
Our featured hotels lie on the west
side of the island, famous for their wow factor panoramic vistas,
white sands, lively nights and the island's only 18-hole golf
course.
