Our View
Dubrovnik is a very popular destination (it gets really busy
from June onwards) and this is a great place from which to enjoy
its medieval delights. In the heart of the walled city (next to the
cathedral), this hotel captures the atmosphere perfectly. High
ceilings, antiques everywhere, elegant copper and porcelain baths -
it all helps to make you feel part of the history. You also have
exclusive access to a private beach (a little walk), and a private
yacht is available by the day. While you're here, be sure to visit
the lively EastWest Beach Club on Banje Beach, too.
Hotel Description
The Pucic Palace is already a legend and has been a favourite
city destination for a multitude of distinguished personalities.
Formerly the home of a Dubrovnik nobleman, the hotel combines the
opulence of a Renaissance palace with contemporary creature
comforts. There are less than 20 rooms here so you are guaranteed
an exclusive and intimate experience, which is also created by the
dark oak parquet floors, the 17th century Baroque architecture,
rich warm tones and high set wooden beams as well as striking views
of the city. Relax in its sunny courtyard filled with fragrant
orange and oleander where you'll hear the faint sounds of
Dubrovnik's market, chiming bells and the murmur of the crowd.
Alternatively, you can roam the vibrant streets, sip a coffee in
Café Royal (a gorgeous Parisian Boulevard-style café) and
people-watch from your spot on Gunduli Square, or discover the
breathtaking Dalmatian coast on a private yacht.
