Our View
Four Seasons are renowned for swish city hotels, and all the
usual touches are here - but this time, in a country mansion. It's
an interesting combination: spacious rooms with their legendary
beds, classy details and impeccable service, all in a Georgian
setting. Modern glass walkways link each wing, but this only serves
to add to the feeling of being in a bubble of pure luxury somewhere
more exotic than Hampshire. The enormous spa and particularly the
indoor to outdoor conservatory pool, are wonderful; it's suitably
geared up for families too, with toys in children's rooms and
special menus.
