Our View
The old Halaveli had a great reputation for being a simple, 'no
shoes, no news' hideaway. And we have to say, the new-look resort's
still a laid-back, barefoot island, but with all the modern
luxuries you'd expect of a five-star resort. What we like most
though, is how great it is for families: the staff go out of their
way to make little ones welcome (the lagoon is shallow and really
safe for them to play in too). The Kids' Club is also open until
10pm, which means you'll get that relaxing second honeymoon, while
they have a ball!
Hotel Description
A place to relax and regenerate in overwhelming peacefulness,
Constance Halaveli Resort is a brand new five star destination
shaped like a curved Dhoni. The escapism feel continues in the
luxurious beach and water villas which come with their own plunge
pools and ultra-modern amenities.
General facilities include a meditation point, yoga and the
sensual Ayurvedic Spa de Constance. But being so close to three of
the Maldives' best diving sites, you can experience the PADI dive
centre, sailing or snorkelling. Tennis, two boutiques and a Kids'
Club lie back on dry land. And, when it comes to dining, you can
feast on five-star buffet lunches or stroll along the pier to the à
la carte speciality restaurant for fusion east-meets-west
cuisine.
